Bombs!
Woke up late last night to
sounds of bombs going off. No time to scream just run and
hide. Fire bright, bursting in the
night, time to fight. What the hell is going on?! What can I do to understand
this master plan? And figure out
a new way of life. ‘Cuz when morning comes
anywhere I am is home. If I really want to be free. Nowhere else I could be. ‘Cuz when morning comes,
anywhere I am I’m on my own.
It’s the only way it’s got to be, at least for me. Ya llego el tiempo de salir de
aqui, sobrevivir. Si me quedo,
seguro muero. Soledad, Libertad, Igualdad no
pertenecen a mi. ‘pa donde voy? Si esto
es lo que yo se. Me defendere a donde quiera
que llegue. ‘Cuz when morning comes
anywhere I am is home. If I really want to be free. Nowhere else I could be. ‘Cuz when morning comes,
anywhere I am I’m on my own.
It’s the only way it’s got to be, at least for me. Chorus
Flight! Fight! Might…
makes no right! Why do some proceed in making
believe these are the only choices?! Flight! Fight! Might…
makes no right! Why do some proceed in making
believe these are the only choices of life?! Can’t escape the never
ending feeling that is called despair.
No matter how far I run.
Nomad, to no man’s land, understand that all my traveling has
been done. Plant my feet firm
where I stand. Been pushed many
times, place to place by the man! But when morning comes,
anywhere I am I’ll call my home.
These rights granted to me.
In this country so-called “free”. ‘Cuz when morning comes,
anywhere I am I’m on my own.
No way you’re going to take that from me! No, not from me. Chorus
